Instructions

Marinate the lamb in enchilada sauce. Set to sauté. Add oil. Cook onion until soft, then add garlic. Add lamb and sauce. Bring to boil. Set to stew, cook 36 minutes. Shred cooked lamb. Serve as you desire.

Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/3 tsp thyme

½ tsp pepper

1/3 tsp peppercorn

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp salt

2 boneless duck breasts

Instructions

Rub duck with spices. Chill for two hours. Rinse off spices. Put duck in bag, remove air when sealing. Add water in pot to 7 cup mark. Turn to keep warm. Leave for 20 minutes. Put bag in water for 38 minutes. Take the bag out, and pat the breasts dry. Sear the skin of the duck in a pan with oil. Flip and cook 20 more seconds.
